Lichtgoud van kleur, de neus is fruitig, met tonen van witte bloemen. Het mondgevoel is zacht, hoewel de citrusachtige eindnoot enige kracht geeft. In de nacht verlichtten alleen de koplampen van zijn legendarische Renault 4x4 de duisternis terwijl Don Miguel onvermoeibaar door eindeloze wijngaarden reed. Geleid door instinct en zijn enorme ervaring ontdekte hij verloren wijnstokken die wild en resistent waren gegroeid, midden in de natuur.
