| Vinification | The growing season brought moderate temperatures and plenty of sunny days. Similar to previous years, never too hot nor too cold, it was a long growing season which resulted in well-developed flavours, colour and balance in the fruit, especially Chardonnay. Throughout the winemaking process, Ed nurtures each lot for their most virtuous characteristics before he finalizes his master blend. |
