| Vinification |
Traditional vinification after harvesting of the healthiest grapes, destemming and crushing. Each grape variety is treated individually. Fermentation and maceration at controlled temperatures. Maceration of around one week for the Merlot and two weeks for the Cabernet. The two varieties are blended before bottling, to complement the Merlot’s delicious fruit with the finesse and complexity of the Cabernet Sauvignon. |
