| Description | A straw-yellow colour with golden highlights; the floral bouquet has overnotes of elderflower and pear, developing into sweeter aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits such as apricot, pineapple and melon. Plush on the palate, balanced with sapid notes that enhance the structure. |
| Vinification | The grapes are picked by hand. Then a cold maceration and soft pressing. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks, but the wine becomes slightly milder due to the wood aging of 4-6 months. |
