| Description | This pope of the southern Côtes-du-Rhône seduces with its richness and round tannins. The colour of this wine is deep dark red. The wine has aromas of spices and mature red fruit. In the mouth the wine has round tannins with powerful complexity. It is a rich wine with notes of mature plums, hazelnuts and red fruit. Overall, it is a very rich wine full of harmony and balance. |
| Vinification | The grapes come from 45-year-old vines. After the fermentation process which take place in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged in large French oak barrels for 24 months. |
