| Vinification | The grapes are picked as of mid-September. The wine is fermented in granite egg-shaped barrels. After that, the wine remains on its lees in the same barrels for another 8 months. Then the wine undergoes a maturation of 8 months in stainless steel barrels. The storage potential is 4-6 years. |
