| Vinification | Acero is the Spanish word for steel and refers to the fact that this wine has never seen any oak. The grapes are specially selected for their fruit intensity and aromas, and are fermented in stainless steel. After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine is kept in the tank until the bottling, which happens during spring. |
