Description | Beautiful pale yellow, very attractive and bright. Complex and generous, shows notes of passion fruits, some citrus notes, flowers, and tropical fruit notes. The attack is powerful, very complex. The middle of the mouth has a good volume, with aftertaste reminiscent of tropical fruits. The finish is long, with a very good acidity that makes it persistent and fresh. |
Vinification | All the steps in the vinification of Mapu Sauvignon Blanc / Chardonnay are intended to preserve the freshness and aromas of the fruit. They thus reveal the crispness of Sauvignon Blanc and the smoothness of Chardonnay. |
