Vinification
Throughout the entire winemaking process, Baron Philippe de Rothschild's winemakers are involved in the vineyard's development and provide guidance to partner winegrowers to ensure the quality standards of Mouton Cadet. As the harvest approaches, the winemakers taste the grapes from each plot to determine the optimal picking date. The grapes from each plot are then vinified separately. A vinification protocol is tailored to each barrel to preserve the personality of each terroir and grape variety.
