| Description | Deep ruby red with a slight garnet tint. The nose opens on jammy red fruit aromas such as r edcurrant and cherry and a hint of vanilla and coffee with airing. Fruit flavours (cherry, strawberry, redcurrant) emerge very quickly on the fresh and elegant attack, followed by a smooth and spicy mid palate and a round and spicy expressive finish with powerful tannins. |

| Vinification | The grapes are destemmed and crushed. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for about six days at a temperature between 25°C and 30°C, followed by maceration for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation then takes place in vats. |
