| Vinification | The grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in vats at controlled temperature in order to preserve all the expression of the fruit. The subsequent malolactic fermentation also takes place in the vat and helps to make the wines rounder and more supple. |
