Vinification Two vinification techniques are used to make this Bordeaux rosé: some wines are directly pressed, others are made using the ""saignée"" method (the grapes macerate in vats and the juice is then run off the skins). ""Saignée"" wines have more colour and greater density on the palate than directly pressed rosés, which display pronounced fresh fruit flavours.
