| Vinification | When the harvest is ripe, all trusses are harvested by hand. Every vineyard is fermented separately from each other. When all grapes are in, the blend is determined for this Chateau Tour de Rissac. A job that is only for the best winemakers, because the choice is very difficult every year. When the blend is ready, it is aged in oak barrels for several months. |
