| Vinification | Immediately after harvest, the new Porto, which displays a sharp colour and a strong fruity flavour, is selected and put to age in large wooden vats. The aging process is slow, allowing to obtain a complex with trace port fresh fruit. It should be consumed after bottling, since its quality does not improve in the bottle. |
