| Vinificatie | Torres has been the pioneer in dealcoholized quality wines since 2008! In the first phase of the process, the aromas (flavor) of the wine are separated in the spinning cone column. In the second phase, the wine without aromas passes through the spinning cone column again to remove the alcohol.
